CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Subject may obtain any clarifications regarding issues of interest related to the processing of their Personal Data, including the duration of the processing of Personal Data, methods, the procedure for data destruction, etc., by contacting the Operator via sending a request to the Operator’s email address.

The duration of the processing of personal data is established by the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy.

The Subject has the right to submit an application to terminate the processing of their personal data by the Operator by sending the application to the Operator’s email address with the subject line “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data” or by submitting the application in writing to the Operator’s postal address. The revocation of consent to the processing of personal data takes effect on the business day following the day it is sent to the Operator, but in any case not earlier than the moment the Subject’s application is actually delivered to the Operator.

The personal data subject to processing is defined in the Operator’s Privacy Policy.

This consent is given voluntarily and remains valid until it is revoked in accordance with the procedure established by law.
