PUBLIC OFFER FOR CONSULTATION SERVICES

This document is an official offer from Natalia Veniaminovna Shirshova (INN 502503400725), acting as an individual and applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (hereinafter referred to as the “Performer”), to enter into an agreement for the provision of consulting services on the terms set out below with any interested party (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

PUBLIC OFFER
1. General provisions
1.1. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer.
1.2. By making a payment for the consultation, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with and accept all the terms of this offer in full.
1.3. The offer is valid indefinitely until it is revoked or modified by the Contractor.
2. Subject of the offer
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with consulting services on interior design issues (color selection, furniture, textiles, layout, etc.), and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the terms of this offer.
2.2. Consultation formats: online (Zoom or messenger) and in‑person within the Moscow Ring Road.
2.3. The list and description of services, their cost and terms are published on the website https://www.nashdecorator.ru.
3. Procedure for providing and paying for services
3.1. The Customer sends a request to the Contractor; the parties agree on the date and time of the consultation.
3.2. Services are provided only on the condition of 100% prepayment, no later than 24 hours before the consultation.
3.3. Payment is made by transfer to the Contractor’s card or by another agreed method.
3.4. The Contractor issues a receipt to the Customer via the “My Tax” app.
3.5. After payment, the Customer is provided with a consultation in the agreed format and scope.
3.6. Additional services (collage, plan, check‑up) are charged separately.
4. Cost of services
4.1. The cost of the consultation is indicated on the website and may be changed by the Contractor unilaterally.
4.2. Current cost:
— Online consultation (1.5–2 hours) — from 10,000 ₽
— In‑person consultation in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road (1.5–2 hours) — from 17,000 ₽
— Collage or plan additional — 5,000 ₽
— Check-up (re‑support) 1 hour — 5,000 ₽
5. Refund conditions
5.1. A refund is possible only if the consultation is cancelled at the Executor’s initiative or if it cannot be carried out due to the Executor’s fault.
5.2. To request a refund, the Customer must send a request via email to shirshovanatalia@yandex.ru no later than the date of the consultation.
5.3. In other cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Contractor is liable only for the actual provision of the consultation at the agreed time.
6.2. The Contractor is not liable for the decisions made by the Customer based on the consultation and their consequences.
6.3. The Contractor’s liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer.
7. Other terms and conditions
7.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations; if that is not possible, they shall be resolved in court at the place of residence of the Contractor.
7.2. The Customer agrees to the confidentiality policy posted on the website https://www.nashdecorator.ru/confidential.
7.3. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of the offer at any time by publishing a new version on the website.
