DESIGN PROJECT

The design project will suit you if:

• You are creating your own interior from scratch — an apartment without finishing, white box, or with finishing from the developer.
• You want to completely redesign a property with existing renovation.

How the work on a design project is structured:

• Diagnostics — we start by analyzing your situation (online) to understand the task, your wishes, budget, and deadlines.
• Technical specifications and contract — we document everything important: your desires, needs, and limitations, and then sign the contract.
• A set of project plans — including a detailed layout solution, lighting and switch plans, floor, ceiling, and wall materials, and wall layouts.
• A set of visual materials — including the interior concept, color scheme, and collages.
• Concept, palette, and collages — a coloristic and atmospheric solution, a demonstration of what your future interior will look like.
• The final stage — the final PDF files.

Cost: from 4,500 ₽ per m²

• One online consultation lasting 3 hours is included in the price (can be split into 3 consultations of 1 hour each)

Payment:

• 70% — upon signing the contract
• 30% — after submitting the project in PDF format

• In addition to the project:
• 3D visualization: from 2,000 ₽ / m² (optional)
• Site visit in Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road): +7,000 ₽
• Online consultation for 2–3 hours: +10,000 ₽
• Site visit with consultation for 2–3 hours in Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road): 17,000 ₽
• Joint visit for selection in a store in Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road): 18,000 ₽.
• Measurement and photo documentation: from 200 ₽ / m². Carried out by a professional measurer; visits are carried out in Moscow and the Moscow region.
• If the premises are in another country or region, you can use your own measurements and photos, including those taken independently (I will provide a guide on how to take measurements).
• Author’s supervision: from 100,000 ₽ per month (more details on the Project Support page)
• Package: from 200,000 ₽ per month (more details on the Project Support page)
